Returns & Refunds Policy

Physical PRODUCTS

We can only accept returns & refunds on un-opened patterns & kits. If you wish to return your item, please send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the un-opened pattern/kit.

Digital PRODUCTS

We cannot offer returns or refunds on digital products, this includes digital products distributed on physical media such as USB sticks. In the case of faulty or damaged physical media (e.g. USB stick), we will happily ship a replacement to you if you return the faulty media to us within 14 days of purchase.
