Midhurst Skirt

Description

The Midhurst is a classic A Line skirt pattern. Everyone needs one in their wardrobe. A casual make in denim or a smarter evening look in a rich brocade. Ultimately versatile, it looks as good in summer in a bright print with sandals at the beach as it does in wool in winter with opaque tights and boots.

Easy to make a bit longer if you are not confident in the leg department! (see our blog post How to Lengthen a Skirt Pattern).

About Our Patterns

Our patterns are printed on high quality paper rather than tissue paper, making them much more re-usable and less likely to tear. Patterns are packaged in a sturdy re-usable string and washer envelope and come with a clearly written and illustrated instruction booklet, along with a QR code that will take you directly to the corresponding YouTube video tutorial.

Our tutorial videos all features chapter marks, allowing you to jump directly to specific construction steps without needing to search through the video manually. They also contain useful hints and tips from the Sussex Seamstress herself. Tutorials are produced with the maker in mind, and are to-the-point and informative.
